摘要
汽介绍了以混合二元酸、甲醇为原料,采用阳离子交换树脂NKC-9为催化剂,合成混合二元酸二甲酯,确定了酯化最佳工艺条件:醇酸摩尔比4:1、反应时间4小时、催化剂含量为8%(混酸质量百分比),反应酯化转化率都可以达75%以上,DBE产品酸值小于1mgKOH/g。利用自制的DBE和1,4—丁二醇在钛酸四正丁酯催化作用下可合成聚氨酯用聚酯多元醇,分子量在800~2000可控。
Introduced to the mixed dibasic acid,methanol as raw material,cation exchange resin NKC-9 used as catalyst, synthesis of mixed dimethyl esters,to determine the optimum conditions of esterification:alkyd mole ratio 4:1,reaction time 4 hours,the catalyst content is 8%(mass fraction of mixed dibasic acids) and reaction conversion rate of esterification can be more than 75%,DBR product Acid value is less than 1mgKOH/g.Using homemade DBE and 1,4-butanediol,tetra-n-butyl titanate as catalyst can be synthesized under the polyurethane polyol,molecular weight control at 800~2000.
