摘要
研究了以2,6-二叔丁基苯酚为主要原料,与甲醛反应,在一定的条件下,合成4,4'-亚甲基双(2,6-二叔丁基苯酚)的方法。考察了投料比、溶剂的浓度、催化剂等因素对反应的影响。结果表明,在以氢氧化钠为催化剂的条件下,当乙醛与2,6-二叔丁基苯酚的摩尔比约为0.55,催化剂的量为0.5g左右,乙醇水溶液的深度为75%时,反应3小时左右所得产品的产率最高。对精制后的产品用红外光谱分析进行表征。
4,4'-methylene-bis(2,6-di-tert-butyl-phenol) was synthesized from 2,6-di-ter-butyl-benzene phenol and formaldehyde.Influence factors on the reaction including the catalyst,the mixture ratio of 2,6-di-tert-bulyl-benzene phenol and formaldehyde,solvent concentration.The results indicate that the optimal mol-ratio n(2,6-di-tert-butyl-benzene phenol):n(formaldehyde)=0.55:1,the amount of catalyst 0.5g,the concentration of ethanol 75%,about 3 hours reaction, the product of the highest yield.The product was identified by IR.
