Catalytic Synthesis of n-Propyl Acetate with p-Toluene Sulfonic Acid

摘要 以对甲苯磺酸为催化剂通过乙酸与正丙醇反应合成了乙酸正丙酯。较系统地研究了醇酸量比、催化剂用量、带水剂用量及反应时间等条件对收率的影响。结果表明:在n(正丙醇):n(乙酸)=1.5:1,催化剂用量为反应物料总质量的1.2%,带水剂环己烷用量为8ml,反应时间2h的优化条件下,乙酸正丙酯的收率可达61.8%。 n-Propylacetate was synthesized from n—propyl and acetic acid in the presence of p—toluene sulfonic acid.The factors influencing the synthesis were investigated.The optimum conditions were found.The optimum conditions were as follows:molar ratio of n-propyl to acetic acid is 1.5 1,the mass ratio of the catalyst used to the reactants is 1.2%,the volume of cyclohexane as the water—carrying agent is 8mL,and the reaction time is 2 h. p—Toluene sulfonic acid is an excellent catalyst for synthesizing n—propyl acetate and the product yield can reach over 61.8%.
