摘要 合成了5-氯水杨醛缩甘氨酸Schiff碱配体及其三种金属离子(Ni2+、Cu2+、Co2+)的Schiff碱配合物。用熔点、红外光谱、紫外—可见光谱、电导率等方法对配体及配合物的组成、结构、性质进行了研究,并检测了其抑菌活性。 In this paper a new ligand of 5—Chlorosalicylidene—glycine Schiff base and its three metal complexes(M = Ni2+,Cu2+ and Co2+) have been synthesized.The compositions and structures of these complexes have been characterized by melting point,IR,UV—Vis and electricity conductivity.Their biologic activities have been tested.
