摘要 以硅胶负载硅钨酸为催化剂,通过乙酸与正丁醇反应合成了乙酸正丁酯。较系统地研究了酸醇量比、催化剂用量、带水剂用量及反应时间等条件对收率的影响。结果表明:在n(乙酸):n(正丁醇)=1:1.6,催化剂用量为反应物总质量的0.56%,环己烷为带水剂用量为10mL,反应时间60min的优化条件下,乙酸正丁酯的收率可达96.5%。 Bn-Butyl acetate was synthesized from acetic acid and butanol in the presence of H4SiW12O40/SiO2.The factors influencing the synthesis were investigated.The optimum conditions were found.The optimum conditions were as follows:molar ratio of acetic acid to butanol is 1:1.6,the mass ratio of the catalyst used to the reactants is 0.56%,and the reaction time is 60min.H4SiW12O40/SiO2 is an excellent catalyst for synthesizing butyl acetate and the product yield can reach over 96.5%.
