摘要
本文采用硅69对二氧化硅粒子进行表面改性。通过红外光谱、热重等手段对白炭黑的节后及改性效果进行表征,结果表明,硅69成功接枝到白炭黑表面,改性后的白炭黑粒子表面性质发生很大改变,团聚现象得到极大改善。研究表明,当硅69用量为2.5%、溶液pH值为4.6、反应时间为120min时,白炭黑粒子的活化指数达到最大。
In this paper the nano-silica was hydrophobicly modified with silane coupling agent(Si69) .The silica particles were characterized with Fourier transform infrared analysis(FT-IR) and thermogravimetric analysis.The results show that Si69 is successfully grafted to the silica suiface,the modified silica particles surface properties changed significantly.Agglomeration have been greatly improved.Studies have shown that when the amount of Si69 was 2.5%,pH value of 4.6,reaction time is 120 min,the silica particles to maximize the activation index.
