摘要 以硅胶负载硅钨酸为催化剂,通过苯甲醛与1,2-丙二醇反应合成了苯甲醛1,2-丙二醇缩醛。较系统地研究了醛醇量比、催化剂用量、带水剂用量及反应时间等条件对收率的影响。结果表明:固定苯甲醛用量为0.20mol,在n(苯甲醛)∶n(1,2-丙二醇)=1:1.4,催化剂用量为0.25g,环己烷为带水剂用量为10mL,反应时间60min的优化条件下,苯甲醛1,2-丙二醇缩醛的收率可达77.4%。 Benzaldehyde 1,2-propanediol acetal was synthesized from benzaldehyde and 1,2-propanediol in the presence of H4SiW12O40/silica gel as catalyst.The factors influencing the synthesis were discussed and the best reaction conditions were found out.Experimental results showed that H4SiW12O40/ silica gel was an excellent catalyst.The optimum conditions were:molar ratio of butanone to 1,2-propanediol is 1:1.4,the mass of catalyst used to the reactants is 0.25g(based on 0.20 mol benzaldehyde) ,cyclohexane as deaquation agent 10mL,and the reaction time is 60min.the yield of its can reach 77.4 %.
