子宫动脉栓塞术治疗60例子宫肌瘤临床观察

Clinical observation of treating uterine myomata with arterial embolization

[目的 ]观察子宫动脉栓塞术治疗子宫肌瘤的临床疗效 .[方法 ]给 6 0例子宫肌瘤患者进行选择性子宫动脉造影及子宫动脉栓塞术 ,观察术后副反应以及第 6个月子宫肌瘤大小的变化、临床症状的改善和子宫动脉栓塞术对雌激素水平的影响 .[结果 ]子宫动脉造影显示 36例 (6 0 % )子宫肌瘤以一侧子宫动脉供血为主 ,18例 (30 % )由双侧子宫动脉同时供血 ,6例 (10 % )为卵巢动脉参与供血 .治疗中或术后出现不同程度的下腹部、腰部坠胀疼痛及发热等栓塞后综合征 .术后第 6个月疗效观察示 ,治愈7例 ,显效 4 1例 ,有效 8例 ,无效 4例 .卵巢内分泌功能在栓塞治疗前后无显著变化 .[结论 ]子宫动脉栓塞术治疗子宫肌瘤安全有效 .

OBJECTIVE?To observe the curative effects o f uterus arterial embolization to treat uterine myomata.?METHODS? 60 patients with uterine myomata were selectively performed the uterus a rtery photograph and the uterus arterial embolization, and observed a fter 6 mo nths of operation that the adverse reactions, the size of uterine myomata, t he i mprovement of symptom and the effects for estrogen.?RESULTS?T he photograph of uterus artery showed that uterine myomata was supplied by singl e side artery in 36 cases (60%); by both side arteries in 18 cases (30%); and partly by the ovary artery in 6 cases (10%). In the treatment or post-opera tive period,the syndrome of post embolism appeared in different degrees such as the pain of underbelly, the bulge of loin and the fever, etc. The curative effects were observed in the sixth month after operation. Seven patients were cured, forty-o ne patients obviously got better, eight patients were efficient and four patient s had no efficiency. There were no differences in the incretion function of ovar y after uterus arterial embolization.?CONCLUSION?It was safe a nd efficient that uterus arterial embolization to treat uterine myomata.
