摘要
采用普通硅酸盐水泥、超细粉煤灰、硅灰、高效减水剂、钢纤维和石英砂等原材料,使用常规的制备工艺,配制出钢纤维体积率(Vf)为0~5%的高性能钢纤维混凝土(HPSFRC),并且测试出其抗压强度。采用杆径为40 mm的霍普金森压杆装置对HPSFRC试块进行冲击试验,测出其在冲击荷载作用下的动态抗压强度。最后根据实验数据分析了钢纤维体积率、粉煤灰及硅灰质量分数对HPSFRC静、动态抗压强度的影响。
With routine materials such as ordinary portland cement,ultra-fine fly ash,silica fume,superplasticizer,steel fibers and quartz sand,and using conventional mixing and curing conditions to configure High Performance Steel Fiber Reinforced Concrete(HPSFRC) which contain 0~5% steel fiber and test the compressive strength of HPSFRC.Dynamic compressive strength of HPSFRC was tested by the Φ40mm split Hopkinson Press Bar.At last,the influence of steel fiber volume ratio,fly ash and silica fume content on static and dynamic compressive strength of HPSFRC is analyzed based on experimental data.
