This paper analyzes the differences and similarities between the newly-built project and the maintenance engineering,and existing problems in current maintenance supervision,thinks highway maintenance project implementation and management should make reference to the supervision method and mode of current highway construction engineering,implements with'relationship clear and definite,and performance standards hooking,quality,reasonable metering,reward excellent punish shoddy' as the core of the highway maintenance supervision system.
