摘要
认真贯彻落实《山东省农村公路条例》,做好新形势下农村公路的养护管理工作意义重大。从创新养护模式、改革路政管理体制、探索养护资金筹集方式和加强监督考核四个方面探讨如何建立农村公路管理养护新机制。
It is great significant to implement the 'Regulations of Shandong Province rural roads' conscientiously and work out conservation and management of rural roads under the new situation.From four aspects of how to establish a new mechanism for maintenance of rural road management such as the innovative conservation model,the reform of road administration management system,exploring the conservation fund-raising methods,strengthening supervision and examination.
