摘要
本文采用化学成分分析、力学性能、金相检验、断口分析和能谱分析等方法,对失效的后撑杆进行分析,结果表明,在三件失效件中,1号为正常的疲劳断裂,2号、3号件属于微动磨损引起的疲劳断裂。
In this paper,rear rod bar was analysised by means of chemical composition,mechanical character test,microstructrue examination,fracture microscopic analysis and energy dispersive X-ray spectrum analysis.The result showed that in three failure samples,one belonged to normal fatigue fracture,for the two others,jiggle abrasion was the main reason of the fatigue fracture.
