摘要
利用流体仿真技术对某直升机燃油增压泵过流部件进行优化设计,并完成了试验验证。结果表明,经过理论设计-仿真计算-理论设计循环优化后的产品,其性能明显优于原型产品:提高了泵的效率,降低了泵的消耗电流,提高产品工作稳定性。
Fluid simulation technology was used to optimize the design of cross-flow components in helicopter fuel booster pump,and the experiment validation has been completed.It was shown that the performance of the cycle-optimized products,which pass through the theoretical design-simulate computation-theoretical design circulation,was obviously excelled than prototype products,the pump efficiency was increased,the consumed current was reduced,and the work stability was improved.
