摘要
针对某吸能拉杆具有细长、拉伸率大和均匀拉伸性能好的特点,根据冲击试验环境要求,设计一种吸能拉杆动态拉伸冲击试验方法。该方法首先构建试验件与夹具整体运动到一定速度的试验环境,然后给试验件施加一定冲击载荷使其拉伸直至拉断,最后通过数据的采集、处理和计算得到拉杆拉伸性能参数。根据以上研究,该试验方法在某拉杆产品动态拉伸冲击试验中获得良好应用。
Aiming at characteristics of slender,high stretching rate and high tensile strength for the energy absorption pull rod of one landing leg,the impact test method for measuring dynamic tensile strength was presented according to test environment requirements.First,velocity test environment was constructed for the pull rod and fixture.Then,the definite impact load was applied to make the pull rod be stretched until abruption.Finally,tensile strength was calculated through date acquisition and processing.According to the research above,the test method has been well applied.
