直升机桨叶折叠铰磨损分析与改进

摘要 针对直升机自动折叠系统地面模拟耐久性试验中发生的桨叶折叠铰磨损问题,在理论分析的基础上对折叠铰进行了设计改进,对磨擦副材料进行了更改,通过改进前后折叠铰的耐久性对比试验对改进措施的有效性进行了验证,解决了桨叶折叠铰磨损问题。 The improvements on structural design and material change of friction piece were performed based on analysis aims at the problem of blade folding hinge abrasion which occurred during the endurance test of the auto-folding system of the helicopter.Validity of the improvements was proved by the contrast endurance test between the improved folding hinge and the non-improved one.The problem of blade folding hinge abrasion was solved.
