摘要
系统而有重点地介绍了新西兰的科技创新体系的变革。新西兰政府以科技发展作为经济发展的核心,通过简化科技体系,明确研究重点,改革皇冠研究所(CRIs)及提高产业量对科技的投入等手段,从根本上改变了原有的复杂的科技支持结构,实现了国家研究重点的转移,促使科学技术更多地瞄准国家长远目标和对社会整体的贡献。新西兰科技创新体系的变革对我国的科技体制改革有一定的借鉴意义。
The change of New Zealand's scientific and technological innovation system is described systematically and briefly.Taking the development of science and technology as the center of the economic development,New Zealand's government changed the original complex scientific and technological supporting structure through taking the measures of simplifying the scientific and technological system,determining the main research fields,changing the Crown Research Institutes(CRIs),and increasing industries' investments to scientific and technological research,resulting in the transfer of the national main research fields to the long-term targets and the contributions to the whole society.The innovation of New Zealand is of referential significance to China's scientific and technological system innovation.
