摘要
随着我国高等教育从精英化向大众化阶段迈进,高等教育与就业市场之间的关系空前紧张。本文试从人力资本的视角对高校毕业生就业能力进行剖析,提出相应对策。
With higher education from elite to the popular stage forward,the relationship between higher education and employment strains unprecedentedly.This paper analyze the employability of college graduates and the corresponding countermeasures from the vision of human capital.
