Strategy of building a harmonious relationship between teachers and students

本文从当前良好师生关系的重要性出发,分析了当前的一些现状,相继提出了面对面谈话、书信交流、周记作业、电话网络以及情感交流等新时期师生沟通的一系列策略。

From the importance of current friendly relationship between teachers and students,this paper analyses the current situation.Some measures are proposed to keep good communication between teachers and students.They include face-to-face talk,exchange of letters,weekly homework,the telephone network and emotional exchanges to the present day.
