浅析高职院校思想政治教育的问题及相应对策

Brief analysis of the question and corresponding countermeasure of Ideological and Political Education in the vocational colleges

近年高职教育迅猛发展,加强和改进高职学生的思想政治教育,是摆在各高职院校及思想政治教育工作者面前的一项重要任务。但在当前条件下,由于种种原因,思想政治教育在此类院校中存在着不少问题,成为制约高职发展的重要因素。本文从当前高职院校思想政治教育的现状出发,依据高职大学生特点和发展需求,结合高等职业教育人才培养目标,提出加强高职学生思想政治教育的对策和措施。大力推动教育观念、内容、方法、机制等方面的创新,努力提高思想政治教育的针对性、实效性和吸引力、感染力。

Quality education rapidly develop in recently years.It is an important task to strengthen and improve the Ideological and political education of students for the school and who work for the Ideological and Political Education.But under current condition,because of many reasons,there are not a bit problems in the ideological and political education.they are also the most important factors which restrict the development of the vocational colleges.The article embarks from the current situation of the vocation colleges and Ideological and Political Education,bases on the characteristics and development needs of vocational students.Training with goals of higher vocational education and strengthening strategies and measures of the Ideological and Political Education.Vigorously promote the innovation of the educational concept,content,method,mechanism and so on.Try our best to improve the targeted,effective,attractive and appealingof the ideological and political education.
