在教学手段日益现代化的新时期,随着教改的不断深入,作为一名教师,首先必须与学生建立一种和谐互信的新型师生关系,这也是提高教学质量的最有效的途径。师生间这种融洽的关系,是靠在教学互动中建立的。所以,这就要求教师要不断地以一种新颖的形式激发学生的学习兴趣,使学生在快乐中掌握知识,而那种靠单纯说教和批评的方法则已被历史所淘汰。

In the new period of modern teaching methods increasingly modernize,educational reform continued in depth,as a teacher,we must first trust with the students to build a harmonious new type of teacher-student relationship,which is improving the teaching quality of the most effective way.This harmonious relationship between teachers and students,is set against the teaching interaction.So,which requires teachers to keep to a novel form to stimulate students interest in learning so that students can master the knowledge of happiness,and that by the simple method of preaching and criticism already be eliminated by history.
