摘要
本文从提高教师的业务素质、工作兴趣、工作效率及知名度几个方面论述了中小学教师开展教育科研的意义,并从善于学习、善于研究两个方面阐述了中小学教师如何开展教育科研。
This paper elaborates meaning of the primary and secondary school teachers education scientific research from improving teachers' professional qualities,working interest,working efficiency and visibility,and elaborates how to carry out education scientific research of primary and secondary school teachers from being good at learning and study.
