摘要
地方税务局人力资源开发的对策建议首先是优化公务员招录方式,确定地方税务部门最急需招录人员数量及专业;其次是改进人力资源培训方法,以提升人力资源整体素质;最后是完善人力资源激励机制,实现地方税务局人力资源的优化管理。
The strategy of human resources development in local taxation bureau.first is to optimize the way of recruiting civil servants,local tax authorities to determine the number of personnel most in need and professional recruiting;second it is to improve the training methods of human resources,in order to enhance the overall quality of human resources;finally to complete incentives mechanism of human resources,to achieve optimal management of human resources in local taxation bureau.
