军校学员队不仅仅负责着生长军官学历教育期间的管理工作,更承担着为部队输送"一专多能"指挥军官的重任。结合军校多年来的办学经验和对部队毕业学员的调研反馈表明,军校学员的管理、带兵、组训和综合表达能力普遍欠缺。因此学员队应立足院校实际,按照基层部队对军官第一任职的实际能力需求,强化对学员四种能力的培养。

Cadre are not only the quidditch matches for military officers in the growth of education management,during a bear for more troops conveying 'mastering many skills' while specializing in commanding officer.With years experience of military forces and the investigation of graduate student feedback shows that cadets management,marketing,and soldiers deficient expression ability.Therefore,colleges and universities should be based on the quidditch matches of the grass-roots units in accordance with practical ability of military requirement of students,strengthen the four abilities of the students.
