Ideological and political education is a dynamic development system and do the ideological and political work well in the new period should actively explore and study the scientific method and effective way of the innovation of ideological and political work,improve the level of ideological and political work.This paper though educational philosophy,educational model,educational means and methods to elaborate the innovation of ideological education work.
