摘要
本文系统的分析了目前影响工科院校人文类教师科研能力提升的几类因素,针对性地提出相应的解决思路和方法,以此调动和激发人文教师科研的积极性和主动性,从而加快工科院校人文科研的整体实力。
This paper analyzed the factors in the development of the Humanistic teachers' scientific research ability,put forward measures and methods to solve the problem,in order to mobilize and motivate the enthusiasm and initiative of teachers to research,thus speeding up the overall strength of human research in engineering Colleges.
