摘要
学生管理工作在整个高校管理工作中的地位是非常高的,随着高校规模的不断扩大,对学生管理提出了更高的要求。本文主要对高校学生管理中"以人为本"思想的缺失以及坚持"以人为本",提高高职学生管理的有效性进行了分析。
Student management is very high in the management of the entire university's position,with the constant expansion of universities,put forward higher requirements for the students management.This paper focuses on the management of college students 'people-oriented'thinking as well as the lack of adherence to the ' people-oriented ',improves the effectiveness of students management.
