高职院校的发展现状及思考

The development status and reflection of vocational colleges

目前我国的高等职业学校主要有普通本科院校下设的二级学院、高等专科学校、独立设置的职业技术学院和成人高校等。其中独立设置的职业技术学院成为高等职业教育的主力军。作者站在专业教学及管理的角度,指出高职院校在办学条件、学制、师资力量、课程设置、教学评价体系、就业导向等方面存在的问题,并提出一些相应的对策。

At present,higher vocational colleges in our country mainly have secondary undergraduate colleges under the university,independent colleges and adult vocational and technical college and so on.The independent set of vocational and technical college become the main force of higher vocational education.Standing on the perspective of the professional teaching and management,the author points out that vocational colleges existing problems in school conditions,academic structure,faculty,curriculum,teaching evaluation system,job-oriented areas and proposed some countermeasures.
