摘要
职校学生的学习能力相对较弱,激励学生自主学习的策略首先要从心理培养着手。按学生自主学习能力发展的过程,大致分为三个阶段,相应采用不同的提高方法。教师的角色也相应改变。探索自主学习的目的,就是要使从职校毕业的学生有较强的能力快速更新自己,适应社会需求。
The vocational schools’ students' learning ability is relatively weak.To stimulate students' autonomous learning strategies,firstly,we must start from the psychological training,according to the development process of students' autonomous learning ability,it can be divided into three stages,adopting different methods to improve.The role of teacher also need to change accordingly.The objective to explore autonomous learning is to make the students who graduate from vocational schools have strong ability to quickly update themselves,to meet the needs of society.
