通过使用Concapp分析软件,笔者对三种不同类型的模糊限制语在英汉两种律师法庭辩论词中的使用频率进行统计分析,对两种语言中不同种类模糊限制语的不同使用频率进行分析探讨,以便更好地了解英汉两种语言中律师在使用模糊限制语这一语言策略方面的相同和不同之处。

By using analysis software of Concapp,the author analyzes the frequency of three different types of hedges in English and Chinese debates words in the lawyer court,analyzes the different frequency of different types of hedges in two languages in order to better understand the same and different strategies in using the hedges of lawyer in English and Chinese languages.
