浅议酒店英语课程教学

On the hotel English course teaching

中国上海世博会的成功举办带动了中国旅游业的蓬勃发展,也为中国酒店业的发展带来了新的机遇和挑战。因此,酒店从业人员的素质尤其是英语交流能力成为了首要解决的问题。文章分析了目前酒店英语教学当中存在的教师水平参差不齐、教材落后、忽略了实践环节等问题,针对这些问题提出了改进酒店英语课程教学的一些建议。

The successfully held of Shanghai World Expo in China lead the vigorous development of China's tourism industry,but also brings new opportunities and challenges for the development of China's hotel industry.Therefore,the quality of hotel employees,especially communication skills in English has become the primary problem.This paper analyzes the different levels of the teachers,teaching materials fall behind,ignoring the practical aspects of such issues,for these issues the paper proposes some proposals to improve hotel English teaching.
