摘要
我国在校学习的大学生人数众多,近年来在学校的体育教学和体育活动中时有发生人身伤害的事故,笔者拟从法律层面对高校学生体育伤害事故进行剖析,提出防范建议,以期对我国高校的体育活动的正常有序的进行有所裨益。
The number of China's university students in school is large,in recent years in school physical education and activities,sports injuries often occur,the author make recommendations to prevent from the legal aspects to analyze sports injuries among college students,in order to benefit for orderly conducting of physical activities in China's universities.
