工科类女研究生就业困难分析及解决思路

Analysis of employment difficulties of female graduate students in Engineering college and solutions

本文结合化学与环境工程学院过去几年研究生女生就业遇到的困难以及未来研究生女生所占比例,分析了女研究生就业工作面临的困难及其原因,并根据我校实际情况,提出了解决女研究生就业的工作思路。

In this paper,Institute of chemical and environmental engineering,female postgraduate employment over the past few years encountered the difficulties,and the proportion of female postgraduate in the future graduate students,analyzed the employment of female graduate students face difficulties in employment and the reasons,and according to the actual situation of our school put forward work plans to solve female graduate employment.
