College instructors is the main force of university students’ ideological and political education work.Building up a good professional growth environment for college instructors is of vital importance to further strengthen students’ work,promote school’s stable development and cultivate young reserve management talents.Based on the analysis of environmental factors,the article carefully studied the strategies to optimize the professional growth environment of college instructors and put forward some effective ways for clollege to strengthen the construction of political instructor team.
