高校管理工作是高校工作中的重要组成部分,也是强化校园软文化建设的重要工作之一,当前,由于学校学生规模扩大,高校学生管理工作日渐复杂,如何有针对性的对不同学生群体开展教育工作,如何采取有效的教育策略解决学生的心理问题?这些都是高校学生管理工作者们所需要面对的问题,因此,研究学生群体性划分方法,并寻找相应的工作思路,意义重大。
