摘要
启发式教学的实质就是根据教学目的、内容和学生的知识水平,运用多种教学手段,采用启发诱导的方式传授知识、培养能力,使学生积极、主动、自觉地学习思考,以促进其身心全面发展。运动生理学是体育科学的基础学科,属于人体生理学的一门分支学科,其教学对象具有一定的指向性与专业性。运动生理学课程中启发式教学有效实施的关键在于创设问题情境、引导学生思维,同时需要学生的积极参与和教师对课堂的有效调控。
The essence of heuristic teaching is according to the purpose,the content,the level and access to knowledge,using various teaching methods,imparting knowledge and building capacity by inspired induction.Cause the students positive,initiative and active to learning and thinking,promote the comprehensive development of their physical and mental.Exercise physiology is a discipline in sports science and a branch of the human physiology,the teaching object with the characteristic of directivity and specialty.The process of the heuristic teaching on exercise physiology curriculum,the key is create the problem situation,guide the students active thinking and effective control by teacher.
