班级凝聚力对和谐校园建设具有重要的意义,但受现实中学生思想状况、网络虚拟空间和现有学生管理模式的影响,班级凝聚力建设不尽人意。而社会资本作为组织结构的资源,能够通过培育团队精神、满足交往需要、促进集体成功,来增强班级凝聚力。在班级管理中,应正确定位辅导员工作,依靠思想教育、学生自我管理和爱校教育来培育社会资本,增强班级凝聚力。

The class cohesion is of great significance to the construction of harmonious campus,but affected by the reality mind of high school students,virtual space and the existing management model of students,class cohesion construction is unsatisfactory.as a resource of the organizational structure,social capital can enhance the class cohesion through fostering team spirit,meeting the communication needs,promoting a collective success.In class management,we should locate the work of instructors correctly,relying on ideological education,the self-management of students and loving school education to foster social capital and enhance the class cohesion.
