图书馆立法是现代和谐社会发展的需要,是国际社会发展的需要。在图书馆立法问题上,应借鉴国际国内已有的立法经验,根据图书馆立法的指导思想,遵循图书馆立法的基本原则,明确图书馆法应包含的内容,本文主要对于加快图书馆立法的相关意见,对于今后图书馆立法具有一定帮助。

Library legislation is the needs of modern society,especially for international community development.For legislative issues in the library,we should learn from the experience of international and domestic legislation by the guiding ideology of library legislation,following the basic principles of library legislation,and the clear method should include the contents of the library.This paper discussed some advice about speeding up the legislative relevant observations,which helps to further study.
