摘要
有研究证明,围绕着高职生的就业问题开展有效的职业规划课程可以帮助学生更快完成社会角色转换。本文结合目前高职院校的实际情况,对如何有效的开展职业规划工作进行探讨。
Studies have shown that effective career planning courses on the employment of vocational students can help students quickly complete the social role transformation.The article explores the way how to effectively carry out the work of career planning basing on the current situation in higher vocational colleges.
