产权制度改革是实现高校后勤社会化目标的必要条件,是高校后勤社会化改革的核心和关键。本文从目前国内高校后勤资产产权改革的几种典型形态入手论述了后勤资产产权改革的现状、成因,并在此基础上提出了产权制度改革的对策及建议。

The reform of property rights is the necessary condition to achieve the social goal of college logistics,is the core and key of the reform of the college logistics.This paper starts from several typical forms of property rights reform of domestic college logistical assets,to discuss the status,causes of property rights reform of logistical assets,and on this basis,proposes the countermeasures and suggestions on property rights system reform.
