随着中国经济与国际的接轨,专业英语课程的作用也愈显重要。而专业英语教学师资的严重匮乏,教师素质的参差不齐,严重影响了课程的教学质量。本文阐述了专业英语教学师资的现状及存在的问题,分析了影响专业英语教师提高的因素,并从三个方面探讨了加强专业英语教学师资的措施。

With the integration of Chinese economy and international,professional English courses play more and more important role.The severe shortage of professional English teachers,varies of teacher quality,seriously affects the course of teaching quality.This article describes the status and problems of teachers in teaching English,analyzes the factors affected professional English,from three aspects to discusse the measures to strengthen English teaching qualification.
