浅析如何在高职院校中进行职业道德教育

How to make professional ethics education in polytechnic college

高职院校毕业生已经成为我国新增劳动力的重要来源,他们的职业道德水平在很大程度上决定了我国从业人员的整体职业道德水平。本文从我国高职院校学生的职业道德现状入手,进而分析了在高职院校中加强职业道德教育的重要性,最后提出了在高职院校中加强职业道德教育的方法。

Graduates from polytechnic college is the main source of our newly increased labor force,so the whole jobholders’professional ethics level in a large extend depends on theirs.This article,based on the actual state of the students’ professional ethics,analyzes the important role of professional ethics education played in polytechnic college,then advances how to professional ethics education in polytechnic college.
