Development of IT services outsourcing and the training of interdisciplinary talent of college English majors

随着服务外包产业在我国不断发展,人才需求也出现了短缺现象。为适应市场需求,增加就业机遇,高校英语专业人才培养模式上必须从课程设置、教师专业化建设、教学方法、实习基地建立等方面进行改革。

With the development of IT Services Outsourcing of our country,the phenomenon of talents’ shortage appeared.To adapt to the market demand and promote employment opportunities,the reform for English major students training pattern in colleges and universities on curriculum setting,development of teachers’ specialization,teaching methods and the establishment of practice base must be enforced.
