According to the existing shortcomings in college English listening and speaking teaching,this paper proposes to create video English lessons as a useful supplement.This article discusses the advantages of film English and proposes recommendations on film English teaching step,concludes that the film English is important to improve students' listening and speaking ability and needs to constantly improve in practice.
