本文从独立学院学生特点出发,结合独立学院辅导员发展现状,深入分析独立学院辅导员的能力与素质要求,探讨独立学院辅导员职业能力构建的现实途径。
The paper starts from the characteristics of independent college students,combines with the development status of independent college counselors,analyzes the capacity and quality requirements of independent college counselors in-depth,discusses the realistic way of professional competence of counselors in independent college.
