近年来,越来越多的高校教育管理者都遇到了同样的问题,当他们正常进行教育管理,尤其是针对违反校规校纪的学生进行教育惩戒时,当事人的家长们会立刻出面横加干涉,家长们的无理要求以及通过不合理途径来影响学校教育管理的手段让正常的处理变得棘手起来。这一问题现在已成为各高校教育发展过程中的新瓶颈,成为了施教的障碍。本文力图从家长干涉高校教育管理的表现方式、危害、成因进行简单的探讨和研究。

In recent years,more and more university education administrators have experienced the same problem,when they carry out normal education management,especially for students who violate school rules education discipline,the parents come forward immediately unwarranted interference,unreasonable demands of parents,and the reasonable means to influence the management of school education to allow normal processing becomes difficult up.This issue has now become the new bottleneck in the higher education development,has become an obstacle of teaching.This paper seeks to give simple discussion and research on expression,hazards,causes of the parents interfere university education management.
