在明晰了创新人才、创新意识的概念和分析创新对人才基本特征的基础上研究了创新教育在大学中的重要性。并分析了影响当代大学生的创新的因素,探索出了一些培养大学生创新能力的方法。

This article studies the importance of innovative education to college students,based on the definition of the concept of innovative talents and innovation awareness,and also based on analysis of the influence of innovation to talents’ basic features.It analyzes the factors that influence the contemporary university students' innovative ability,and explores the way of cultivating students' innovative ability.
