中部高校海外人才引进工作思考

中部崛起,关键靠人才。当前,人才流失、引进难度大已成为制约中部高校发展的瓶颈。随着新一轮海归潮的来临,中部高校必须解放思想,采取超常规的举措,建立一套科学、完善的引进人才政策体系和考评机制,增强服务意识,努力确保海外人才引得来、用得好、留得住,发挥最大效益。

The crux for the rise of Central China is talents.Brain drain and difficulties in brain gain have become bottlenecks for the development of colleges and universities in middle China for the time being.With the approaching of new wave for overseas returnees,universities should emancipate the mind and adopt unconventional measures to establish a set of scientific consummate recruiting policy system and assessment mechanism,which is designed to nuture stronger sense of services,as well as to make it possible for the overseas talents to be stable and devoted.Only in this way can they yield the greatest returns on investments.
