高职院校学生的自身特点,要求学生的思想政治工作要不断改变教育理念,积极探索新的教育模式,必须建立一支高素质的辅导员政工队伍、注重创新思想政治理论课实践课教学、构建三位一体的思想政治工作模式、建立科学的思想政治工作预测机制、把思想政治教育和职业能力培养结合起来,解决学生的实际问题,提高学生的综合能力,以增强思想政治工作的针对性和实效性。

Vocational college students' own characteristic requires that ideological and political work of students should change educational concept,and actively explore the new mode of education,we must build a high-quality counselors ideological political work team,pay attention to the innovation of ideological and political theory course practice teaching,construct three-in-one mode of political and ideological work,establish scientific prediction mechanism of ideological and political work,combine ideological and political education with occupation ability training,solve their practical problems,improve the comprehensive ability of students,in order to strengthen the pertinence and effectiveness of ideological and political working.
