How to adapt to the new curriculum reform of middle school physics teachers

《新课改纲要》指出"要改变课程过分注重知识传授的倾向,强调形成积极主动的学习态度,使获得基础知识与基本技能的过程同时成为学会学习和形成正确的价值观的过程"。因此,新课改对教师提出了新的要求,我们教师应该尽快提高自身素质、更新教育理念、转变教学方式,努力地进行角色转换,做好一名反思型、创新型的高中物理教师。

The 'new curriculum reform outline' points out 'to change the trend of passing on knowledge,emphasize the formation of active learning attitude,in the process of acquiring basic knowledge and basic skills while learning and forming the correct view of value'.Therefore,the new curriculum reform put forward new requirements for teachers,teachers should improve their own quality,renew education idea,change teaching methods,try to change the role,to be a reflective,innovative middle school physics teacher.
