在心理学领域已有许多关于"过度教育"和工作满意度的研究成果,然而对这一问题的经济学解读还很有限,本文试图从劳动力市场的供给需求为切入点探讨两者的关系,并给出相应的政策建议。

In the field of psychology there has many research results about 'over-education ' and job satisfaction,however the interpretation on the issue of economic is still very limited,this article attempts from the supply and demand of labor market as the starting point to discuss the relationship between them,and give the corresponding policy and suggestions.
